How do i Dial an external number?

If you service package grants external calling then simply add a "9" to the begining of the number.

Please note you will always have to dial the full number including area dialing code.

From your Voip Phone or Software dial 600

You will be prompted for your passcode.

�

Or if you are using another Voip extension you can dial 601, this will first ask you to enter your extension number then passcode.

Useful for when you are not at your own phone.

You can access your FTP account using Internet Explorer or using an FTP package, there are many available for free online.

�The best way if you are using Internet Explorer is to access File Manager via the Control Panel.�
